Coordinating with various departments for resolving student queries and ensuring a smooth admission process. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all student inquiries and applications using Microsoft Word and Excel. Ensuring timely follow-up with prospective students to complete the admission process. Assisting in the preparation of admission reports and other related documents. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
