1-We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented tele-callers to support our DSA.
2-The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and excellent communication skills to assist clients with their queries and provide necessary support.
3-Responsibilities include making outbound calls to discuss DSA-related services, assisting clients with their questions, providing detailed explanations 4-of DSA concepts, gathering client feedback, and maintaining accurate records.
5-Candidates should have a excellent verbal communication skills, and preferably, previous telecalling or customer service experience.
