Requirements

- Education: Graduation in any subject

- Language Proficiency: Should be fluent in English and any other regional language - Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali.

- Communication: Excellent verbal communication; a good listener; willing to serve customer.

- Experience: Minimum 1 + years' Experience

- Freshers or with experience in tele calling, customer experience dept, customer care, relationship management etc. may apply.

- CTC: Attractive CTC (above industry standard)

Job responsibilities include: -

- Inbound & Outbound Calls

- Reaching out to potential/ existing clients

- Collection of lead data

- Lead conversion

- Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.

- Obtain customer feed-back.

- Handle queries/ complaints
