Responsibilities: Inbound/Outbound Calls II Data Entry

• Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers

• Manage inbound/outbound customer calls in a timely manner

• Generate leads that develop into new customers

• Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible

• Maintaining and updating database with relevant customer information

• Comfortable with working on laptop/desktop, entering data etc
