Responsibilities of candidates include:

Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers

Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments

Identify customers needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible

Follow up customers and their complaints; ensuring that customers requests are attended to accordingly.

Document or maintain records of each and every interactions with the customers for future evaluation.
