Job Description

*As Customer Support Associate you shall be entrusted to call Verified (No Cold call)

Received by company to Explain our Process and assist them in fulfilling their Requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

*Responsible For Creating process Awareness And Customer Support.

* Multiple Bank Credit Card & Personal Loan .

* Effective utilization of leads and Maintain a positives and healthy conversion rate.

* Exceptional Communication Skills.

* Have a good Understanding of the Products being Sold and Ensure Proper Handling of all Queries raised during the call.

* Make Sales Pitch according to the customer behaviour and requirements.

* Maintaining Various Reports related to Calls and Inquiries Generated.

Process: Domestic Voice Process

Required Languages: Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada.

Salary Package: ,500

Shift Timing: 10:00am to 6:30pm

Tamil Voice Process:

Salary CTC: ,500

Shift Timing: 9 am to 6 pm / to pm / to pm / 10:30am to 7:30pm
