Responsibilities include:
1. Work on making calls to clients seeking an appointment for a personal meeting as per the leads provided
2. Generate, understand, manage, and interpret customer requirements
3. Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
4. Negotiate prices or other sales terms
5. Compare a property with similar properties that have recently been sold to determine its competitive market price
6. Appraise property values
7. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
8. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
9. Develop content for sales presentations and other materials
10. Execute sales plans devised by the management/contributing to the growth of business revenue
11. Establish a good relationship with prospective clients and work on the closure of sales for revenue generation
12. Send daily reports regarding the outcome of the meeting with clients
13. Communicate with clients (after-sales) to maintain the client-relationship
