Job Title: Telecaller/Pre Sales Executive (Female Only) Location: Chaturshrungi, Pune

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with the goal of generating leads and setting up sales appointments.

Identify potential customers through research and qualifying leads.

Present and promote our products/services to potential clients over the phone.

Explain the features and benefits of our offerings and address any questions or concerns.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a smooth handover of leads.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller, pre sales executive, or similar role in the sales field.

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
