Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller cum sales executive to join our team at THE POWER OF MIND. As a Telecaller Cum sales executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our academy's educational programs and services to parents and guardians

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective parents to introduce them to our academy and its offerings.

Provide detailed information about our curriculum, facilities, and educational philosophy.

Schedule appointments for interested parents to visit the academy and meet with our counselors.

Follow up with prospective parents via phone calls or emails to encourage enrollment.

Welcome visitors, parents, and students warmly and direct them as needed.

Assist in student enrolment processes, including collecting and processing registration forms.

Explain the course details to parents Maintain accurate records of interactions with parents and update the CRM system.

Achieve monthly enrollment targets while ensuring high standards of customer service.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor.

Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role. Knowledge or interest in education and child development. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; higher education in education, or related fields is a plus.
