Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers within the specified niche (Insurance, Loans, Mutual Funds).
Promote and explain our financial products and services to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly targets as set by the management.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Telecaller in the financial services industry (Insurance/Loans/Mutual Funds Mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain financial products clearly.
Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
Working Conditions:
Six days working (Monday to Saturday)
Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Location: Block-C, Building -104, Sector 2, Noida
Salary:
Salary will be based on the candidate's current CTC and performance in the interview.
