Job Summary: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads. Your role will involve making outbound calls, engaging with clients, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists.

Explain our products/services and address any questions or concerns.

Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database.

Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.

Meet or exceed monthly call and sales targets.

Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies.

Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service and sales processes.

Qualifications:

Graduation or 12TH Pass
