Job Summary:
The Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential customers or existing clients to promote products or services, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to persuade, and a thorough understanding of the product or service being offered.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to a list of leads or customers to promote products/services.
Inform customers about ongoing promotions, offers, and new products.
Generate leads for the sales team or follow up on warm leads to convert them into customers.
Inbound Calls:
Handle incoming calls from customers, providing information and support as needed.
Answer inquiries related to products, services, or account details.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build rapport with potential customers and maintain long-term relationships.
Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Keep track of progress and performance to ensure goals are met.
Data Entry and Reporting:
Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system or lead database.
Report daily or weekly progress on calls made, leads generated, and sales achieved.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
Educate customers on product features and benefits, answering any questions they may have.
Handling Objections:
Effectively handle objections and concerns from customers.
Use sales techniques to persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up appointment.
Follow-up:
Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
Ensure timely follow-ups as per the company’s sales cycle.
