Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services and generate interest.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide necessary information.

Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.

Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.

Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge.

Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
