This position is responsible for handling sales enquiry over the phone entirely, solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company and post sales collection activity.
In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
Responsibilities include:
Making outbound and inbound calls to clients/prospects/channel partners in order to pitch real estate projects (commercial & residential) in a timely manner
Cold Calling on a Daily basis on Assigned data to generate Business Leads
Completion of daily calling targets and reporting with the coordination of Sales Team
Inform customers/prospects about the company's ongoing projects and share all project-related details.
Qualify inquiries consistently exceed monthly site walk-in targets
Document all call information in accordance with standard operating procedures, particularly in ERP software
Recognize competition, document, and notify management of trends in customer product / market sentiments
Follow up with pipeline based on intelligence
Post Sales Collection follow-up and documentation process
