As a Telecalling Executive, your primary responsibility will be to handle real estate sales through telephonic communication. You will be responsible for explaining the company's products, answering customer queries, generating leads, and ensuring effective follow-up to convert prospects into customers. This position will require proactive customer interaction and efficient communication skills to maintain and update customer databases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate sales.

- Explain products and services offered by the company in detail.

- Contact existing and prospective customers to provide project details.

- Schedule online and coordinate site visits with customers.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system.

- Follow up with customers regularly to nurture leads.

- Perform cold calling for lead generation.

- Provide detailed explanations of property specifics, including floor plans, amenities, and pricing.
