Role and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers

Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information

Maintain a detailed record of all interactions in the CRM system

Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of customer queries

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
