Job Purpose:The Telecaller's role at Peeco Polytech Pvt. Ltd. is to drive sales and enhance customer engagement by promoting our chemical compounds and recycled polymers to potential and existing clients. This position focuses on expanding our customer base, meeting sales targets, and fostering long-term relationships, supporting our commitment to sustainability, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and dynamic Telecallers to join our sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products and services, and closing sales. They will also handle customer inquiries, provide information, and support our sales efforts through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Peeco Polytech's products through outbound calls.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.

Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently.

Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Provide feedback to improve the sales process and customer experience.

Close negotiations to finalize sales.
