Role Overview:

As a Tele Calling Executive at Panda ECE Pvt Ltd, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers. Your primary role will be to engage with prospects, deliver compelling pitches, and generate leads that align with our companys objectives. We are looking for individuals who excel in communication, are results-driven, and possess a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our products/services.

- Deliver well-prepared sales pitches that highlight the benefits and value propositions of our offerings.

- Address and resolve customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

- Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers, achieving or exceeding assigned targets.

- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and share insights for continuous improvement.

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive image of the company.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
