Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Present products/services to potential clients and address their inquiries.
Sales Pitch and Closing:
Deliver a compelling sales pitch to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outbound calling.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on prospects.
Product/Service Knowledge:
Stay informed about the features, benefits, and updates related to the products/services.
Effectively communicate product/service offerings to potential customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls.
Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting:
Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and update the sales database.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.
Achieving Targets:
Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.
Market Feedback:
Gather market feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and able to handle objections effectively.
Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools.
