Job Description: Female Candidate for Telecalling and Excel Work

Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls to clients, customers, or partners to provide information, resolve queries, and promote services.

Record details of interactions and follow-ups in an organized manner.

Manage data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in Excel sheets.

Perform basic data analysis, create reports, and generate charts as needed.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduation or equivalent.

Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, charts, and basic reporting) is mandatory.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.

Female candidates only.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
