K9HR Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, promoting our HR consultancy services, and managing customer inquiries effectively.
Policy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices.
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce K9HR Solutions and our range of HR services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
Client Interaction: Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner.
Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
Data Management: Update and maintain the CRM database with accurate information about calls and client interactions.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and assist in closing deals.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve services and report insights to the management.
Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team targets set by the management.
