3. Client and Candidate Engagement:
- Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and share relevant information about our platform.
- Assist candidates in understanding the advantages of using HireX for their job search.
4. Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team with interested clients.
- Maintain a well-organized schedule of follow-up calls.
5. Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback from clients and candidates to enhance our services.
- Report client requirements and preferences to the relevant teams.
6. Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Regularly update the database with new leads and information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telecalling software.
