Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, Hindi, and either Malayalam or Kannada. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our products/services, and setting up appointments. This role requires a proactive approach, strong persuasion skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.
Communicate effectively with customers in Tamil, English, Hindi, and either Malayalam or Kannada.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and customer information.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in Tamil, English, Hindi, and either Malayalam or Kannada is mandatory.
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during high-pressure situations.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
