Job Description:

We are hiring a Telecaller to manage customer inquiries and bookings for our premium cottages located in Block F3, Sector 25, Arail, Kumbh Tent City, Naini, Prayagraj.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to cottage bookings and customer queries.

Provide detailed information about our deluxe, luxury, super deluxe, and super luxury cottages.

Maintain customer records and update booking details.

Ensure a smooth communication process to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Own a personal laptop.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge to manage records.

Salary: 10,000 per month
