Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
Engage with prospects to generate interest
Answer inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide relevant information.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer objections in a professional manner.
Follow-up with leads and customers as required.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (Basic English and Hindi).
Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus, but not required.
Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
