Job Summery:-

As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting and building relationships with clients in a B2C context. Your role will involve coordination with clients, follow-ups to close deals, and maintaining an organized database of customers and leads. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and streamlining workflow processes to meet organizational requirements

* Walk-in-Interview for Tele Callers ( Monday to Sunday 11:00 PM to 06:00 PM)

Job Responsibility:-

Should have a Min. 1 years of experience as Tele Caller in BPO / call Center industry.

Excellent communication skills and Proficiency in English.

Answering phones and explaining the product and services

Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns.

Requirement:-

Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related field preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
