Key Responsibilities:

1. Make Outbound Calls: Dial a high volume of outbound calls to customers, prospects, or partners to achieve sales, lead generation, or customer service goals.

2. Qualify Leads: Qualify leads by asking questions, understanding customer needs, and identifying potential sales opportunities.

3. Build Relationships: Build relationships with customers, prospects, or partners to establish trust, credibility, and loyalty.

4. Handle Objections: Handle objections, concerns, or complaints from customers, prospects, or partners in a professional and courteous manner.

5. Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, lead generation targets, or customer service targets as set by the management.

6. Update CRM: Update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate and timely information about customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.

7. Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to achieve business objectives.
