Job Title: Telecaller and Site Visit Specialist
Ambar Lake View, a leading real estate company specializing in farmhouses and farmvillas, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller and Site Visit Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads through telecalling, as well as conducting site visits to showcase our premium farmland properties. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, build rapport with potential customers, and close sales deals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct telecalling to generate leads and schedule site visits
Showcase farmland properties to potential customers during site visits
Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing information about the properties
Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales deals
Achieve monthly sales targets and meet performance metrics
Provide feedback and market intelligence to the sales team to optimize sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM system
Requirements:
Previous experience in telecalling or sales in the real estate industry is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work on weekends and travel for site visits
Incentives up to 50,000 INR per month based on performance
