Job Type: Tele Caller Inbound for Male Full-time (Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and Generate sales leads.

- Answering phone

- calls and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.

- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

- 8 hours of work (between 10 AM to 6 PM mandatory)

- After 06 PM attending calls are optional

- if you want more salary you have to respond/convince more customers

-follow-up for up-sales

be in contact with your customer until the shipment got delivered to the end customer

Qualifications:

- The job is reserved only for Tele calling candidates.

- Good verbal and communication skills.

- Well-spoken and well-behaved.

- An effective communicator, probably fluid with what he is speaking.

- Should be computer literate.

Selection Criteria: 3-5 Sales during training period 1-3 days

Minimum requirements

Candidate must have SIM for official use and the company will not pay for a recharge plan
