salary range: 15,000 to 20,000 inr . (depends upon experience& communication).

experience: 2-3 years of exp in sales or tele caller.

detail job responsibilities:

• contacting potentials clients telephonically.

• calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

• calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of products.

• provide information of products / services / offers to customers.

• handling inbound calls & outbound calls.

• requires obtaining list of individuals information & to source data for additional member of the target audience.

• developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals/clients to purchase our offering.

• suggest ways in which client’s feedback can be utilised to improve our services.

• obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.

• addressing client’s uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.

• noting important details of each conversation.

• communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.

• recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.

• maintaining database of customers on a regular basis.

other requirement:

• good working knowledge in ms office excel&word.

• excellent communication skills.

• proficient in communication & interpersonal skills

• research & record-keeping skills.

• prior experience as a tele caller or similar in sales department.

• strong organisational skills.

• ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

• ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
