Roles and Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Answer incoming calls from customers to provide information or address inquiries.

Lead Generation:

Identify prospects and convert them into potential leads.

Maintain a database of customers and update it regularly.

Sales and Follow-up:

Persuade customers to buy or schedule appointments for further discussions.

Follow up with leads and close sales over the phone.

Customer Engagement:

Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions.

Handle objections professionally and clarify product/service benefits.

Documentation and Reporting:

Keep records of calls, interactions, and sales progress.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance metrics.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns and objectives.
