make outbound calls to customers for loan collection.

follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.

maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.

communicate effectively with customers in a clear and polite manner.

address customer queries and concerns regarding loan repayment.

ensure timely and efficient collection in compliance with company policies.

key requirements:

basic english.

ssc/hsc pass or higher qualification.

dra certification is preferred, but not mandatory.

fresher candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

immediate joining preferred.

skills and attributes:

strong communication skills (verbal in hindi marathi and writting basic in english ).

ability to handle difficult customer situations.
