**Position:** Telecaller + Sales

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Making outbound calls to potential clients.
- Handling inbound inquiries and providing information about our properties.
- Maintaining and updating client databases.
- Following up on leads and setting up appointments for site visits.
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with real estate industry terms and processes is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
