Key Responsibilities:
a) Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our programs or have expressed inquiries.
b) Introduce the Universal School of Creative Arts and its various courses and programs to potential students.
c) Engage in meaningful conversations with prospective students to understand their educational goals, interests, and needs.
d) Provide detailed information about course curriculum, admission requirements, tuition fees, and available scholarships or financial aid options.
e) Address any questions or concerns raised by prospective students and provide accurate and helpful responses.
f) Follow up with prospective students who have shown initial interest but have not yet enrolled in a course.
g) Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.
h) Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for the number of calls made, leads generated, and enrolments secured.
i) Collaborate with admissions counsellors and other team members to optimize the student enrolment process.
j) Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in educational regulations that may impact student recruitment efforts.
