Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Telecaller to join our sales team. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and meeting sales targets. You will be required to make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information on our products or services. A successful candidate must be persuasive, energetic, and able to handle rejection. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or lead list.
* Promote and sell products or services over the phone.
* Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
* Describe the products and services offered and respond to questions from potential customers.
* Obtain and record details of potential customers.
* Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
* Maintain a record of calls made and results achieved.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to be persuasive and exhibit persistence in making sales.
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle rejection.
* Proficient in relevant computer applications and CRM software.
* High school diploma; bachelors degree is a plus.
