Unique Plots is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in New Panvel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our products and services.

Maintain a database of customer information and ensure it is updated regularly.

Follow up on leads and close sales over the phone.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.

Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve services.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Basic computer knowledge.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
