Job Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve sales and performance targets.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the performance and productivity of the team.

- Monitor daily performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve skills and efficiency.

- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure that all customer concerns are addressed promptly.

- Manage the team’s call schedules and ensure optimal coverage throughout business hours.

- Collaborate with management and sales teams to set achievable goals and align the team’s performance with company objectives.

- Analyze team performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

- Provide motivation and recognize achievements to maintain high morale and a positive team environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer service role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
