Telecaller
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Decrepitation:
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales. You will also be responsible for answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales
Answer inbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
Provide product and service information to potential customers
Overcome objections and close sales
Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions
Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads
Attend weekly sales meetings to review performance and goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong sales and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with sales and lead generation software a plus
