making calls on data provided by the company

understand the property investment/ buying need and then accordingly educate the prospect regarding the properties which match with their budgets and expectations.

having a good understanding of the connectivity, amenities, locations and the configuration.

continuous upgrading oneself on the neighbouring projects.

inviting the prospects for the site visit.

staying in touch with the prospects till the prospect buys the property.

interpersonal skills - communication, rapport building, persuasion, probing.

good understanding on using excel sheets.

other requirements

qualification hsc, graduate.

years of experience - 6 months plus in real estate calling.
