Job Title: Tele Caller Executive Real Estate Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and energetic Tele Callers to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will handle outbound calls, explain project details, generate leads, and help convert inquiries into site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain details of open plot projects clearly and professionally

Convince and schedule site visits

Follow up on leads and maintain lead tracker

Achieve monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of telecalling or telesales experience (real estate preferred)

Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of Excel / lead management tools

Target-driven and positive attitude
