Detailed Job Description: -
Handling Telesales Inbound & Outbound calls, Call prospective clients, and explain the products.
Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments for the site visits.
Handling customer queries related to our real estate projects.
Should give the detail information about the projects to the clients over the telephone.
Experience in Tele Marketing to call the customer Explain the project Features
Follow-ups must be done in a timely & able to generate sales
The person will be required to make a minimum number of phone calls every day.
Calling new & existing clients (Lead Generation)
Explain different advertising packages to clients
Maintain Client database
Maintain good client relation
Requirements: -
Should be self-motivated & target oriented
Good Communication skills
Willing to work on Sundays (Fixed weekday weekly off will be provided)
Should be experienced and well-versed in the real estate market
