Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way

Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Minimum Requirement:

Candidates should have fluent or strong English skills, confident communication abilities, and basic computer knowledge. Intermediate proficiency is acceptable for those with excellent communication skills.
