About the Role:

 Making outbound telephonic calls to prospective leads generated through different source and counsel them for admissions.

 Handling queries of candidates looking for our courses and providing program information.

 Handling queries of candidates looking for our courses and providing program information.

 Convincing the students for enrolment & generating walk-ins for courses.

 Provide support to other departments at the centres as and when required.

 Any other tasks/activities as and when assigned by the HOD/ Management.

 Assisting Sr. Counsellor to convert Walk-ins to admissions
