Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, and addressing customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, or other channels.

Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about the companys offerings.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback in a polite and professional manner.

Sales and Lead Generation:

Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services by highlighting their benefits.

Convert cold leads into warm prospects and close sales over the phone.

Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including customer preferences, feedback, and purchase intent.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to customer concerns.

Data Management:

Update and maintain the customer database with accurate contact details and other necessary information.

Record call outcomes and track progress on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align goals and strategies.

Share customer insights and feedback with relevant teams to improve products or services.

Reporting:

Prepare daily and weekly reports on call outcomes, sales targets, and customer feedback.

Identify trends in customer behavior and provide suggestions for improvement.
