Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about loan products and services.

Answer inbound calls from customers inquiring about loan options.

Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers and generate leads.

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

Promotion:

Explain the features, benefits, and terms of various loan products.

Persuade potential customers to apply for loans.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Provide detailed information to customers regarding the application process, eligibility criteria, and loan repayment options.

Follow-Up:

Follow up with customers who have shown interest in loan products but have not yet completed the application process.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Maintain records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

Ensure all customer information is kept confidential and secure.

Feedback and Reporting:

Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

Prepare and submit regular reports on telecalling activities and outcomes.

Compliance:

Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines while interacting with customers.

Ensure all telecalling activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
