Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The work location thane railway station. The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our products or services, and generating leads or appointments. Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce our products or services.

Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and respond to their inquiries.

Identify and qualify leads through cold calling.

Maintain a database of potential leads and customer information.

Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure targets are met.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and processes.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
