Job Responsibilities:
 Utilize provided calling data to conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the real estate sector.
 Introduce our company's services, projects, and offerings to prospective clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
 Engage with clients to understand their requirements, address queries, and provide relevant information.
 Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our properties to generate interest and leads.
 Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and facilitate conversions.
 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
 Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM system with relevant information.
 Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and follow-up on client requirements.
Requirements:
 Previous experience in a telecalling or similar role within the real estate industry is highly preferred.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
 Graduation degree in any field.
 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a sales or customer service role.
 Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
