Key Responsibilities:
Inbound/Outbound Calls: Make calls to prospective clients/customers to generate leads, offer products or services, and follow up on inquiries.
Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries, provide information about /services, and information support for issues or concerns.
Lead Qualification: Gather necessary information from potential clients to qualify them for the sales team or further engagement.
Data Entry and CRM Updates: Accurately log all interactions and update client details in the CRM system.
Feedback Collection: Conduct surveys or gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
Meeting Targets: Achieve monthly/weekly KPIs and sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery of services.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed targets
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
Educational Qualification:
Minimum High School Diploma (12th grade)
Bachelors degree (preferred, but not required)
Experience:
Freshers are welcome, prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
