Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers/prospects.

2. Promote products/services, offers, and schemes.

3. Generate leads, conversions, and sales.

4. Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns.

5. Update records, databases, and CRM systems.

6. Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion rates.

7. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Graduate in any discipline.

2. 6-12 months of telecalling experience.

3. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and telephony systems.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
