Purpose of the Job:

Telecalling Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations on the Tele Calling Floor. This role is required high level of customer orientation, persuasion and negotiation skills, a problem-solving attitude to work with customers to resolve their debts and collect the payments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Interacting with customers over phone for

understanding reasons for late payment who are not getting resolved from the Tele Caller.

Drive daily DRR and different strategies as per the process.

•Track DRR target against actual during the day to day

•Assist team with any queries or requests.

Ensure No COC Violence on the floor.

•Perform consistently to meet department targets

• Co-ordinate with On Field Staff for collections.

In depth knowledge of performance metrics by leading their respective BKTS.

MIS to be maintained.

Client Handling.

Requirements:

Education: 12th Pass/Graduate Dra certified compulsory

Experience: Fresher & 1 Years+

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: 15,000/- to 20,000/- per month

Schedule: Day shift
